Remember how Ronaldo was supposed to reinvent himself? How did that work out? Not too well. Yes, David Posh would have to be more defensively aware but I could see him playing against more open teams like Napoli, Atalanta and Roma (who never seemed to be able to play classic Italian defense). Still, I just don't see how he can help a Milan midfield that's talented and experienced as you explained. I think you summarized his stint in MLS quite well. We pretty much knew there wasn't going to be legs (excuse the pun) on the Galaxy marketing stunt.
